Refund & Return Policy
At Pink Slip LLC, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality intimate products. Due to the personal nature of our items and strict health regulations, we maintain a firm policy regarding returns and exchanges to remain compliant with industry standards.
1. All Sales Final (Hygiene & Health Laws)
For the safety of all our customers, all sales are final.
Due to federal and state health regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Intimate Toys & Devices Once a package is opened or the seal is broken.
- Lingerie & Apparel Due to health laws, garments cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review our size charts carefully before purchasing.
- Seasonal Items Items related to holidays (Halloween, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, etc.) are final sale.
Note: Any unauthorized returns sent to our facility will be disposed of immediately for safety reasons and no refund will be issued.
2. Discreet Billing Disclosure
For your privacy, charges for your order will appear on your credit card or bank statement as PSV LLC.
Please ensure you recognize this name to avoid unnecessary disputes.
3. Defective or “Dead on Arrival” Items
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it for you.
- Reporting Window You must report the defect within 7 days of delivery.
- How to Claim Email cs@pinkslipvibes.com with your Order Number and a description of the defect.
- The Process We may request a photo or video of the defect. Once approved, we will provide a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
- Resolution Approved refunds for defective items will be processed as a credit to the original card used for the purchase. No cash refunds are permitted for credit card transactions. We will process your credit within three (3) business days of return approval.
4. Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
- Visible Damage If your shipping box arrives clearly damaged, opened, or re-taped, notify the carrier driver immediately or refuse the package.
- Hidden Damage or Missing Items If you find concealed damage or missing items, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please keep all original packaging, as the shipping carrier may require inspection.
5. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout:
- Restocking Fee A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from any resulting credit.
- Shipping Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Credits Any resulting credit will be issued only to the original card used and will not exceed the amount of the original transaction.
6. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been processed for shipping. Once a tracking number has been generated, the order is considered “Shipped” and our All Sales Final policy applies.
