A 20% restocking fee will be deducted
Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Visibly damaged
Notify the carrier immediately or refuse delivery.
If you discover hidden damage or missing items, contact us within 48 hours and keep all original packaging.
What if my item is defective?
If you receive a defective product:
You must report it within 7 days of delivery

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

Can I redeem points for cash?
No. Peaches Points have no cash value and may only be redeemed for discounts on eligible purchases.
