At The Pink Slip, we believe in bad decisions—just not when it comes to customer service.
We want you to love what you get. If your box of chaotic joy arrives damaged or not as expected, we’ll make it right. But if you just changed your mind after a few sips and giggles… well, we don’t do regret.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
Change of heart
Second thoughts
Post-party guilt
“My partner doesn’t know I ordered this”
Your order arrives damaged
You receive the wrong product
Something major went sideways on our end
In those cases, email us at info@pinkslip.com within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging
A short description of the issue (bonus points for sass)
We’ll review your claim and if it qualifies, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund—your call.
We don’t accept returns. Our products are personal, cheeky, and sometimes, well… better not mailed back.
Once your order ships, it’s in the hands of the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, reach out to us—we’ll do what we can to help, but we’re not liable for delivery failures caused by third-party carriers.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. If it’s taking longer, give your bank a nudge—or throw us a follow-up email.
