Refund & Return Policy

At PinkSlipVibes, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality intimate products. Due to the personal nature of our items and strict health regulations, we maintain a firm policy regarding returns and exchanges.

1. All Sales Final (Hygiene & Health Laws)

For the safety of all our customers, all sales are final.
Due to federal and state health regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Intimate Toys & Devices: Once a package is opened or the seal is broken.

  • Lingerie & Apparel: Due to health laws, garments cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review our size charts carefully before purchasing.

  • Seasonal Items: Items related to holidays (Halloween, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, etc.) are final sale.

Note: Any unauthorized returns sent to our facility will be disposed of immediately for safety reasons and no refund will be issued.

2. Defective or “Dead on Arrival” Items

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it for you!

  • Reporting Window: You must report the defect to us within 7 days of delivery. (Our manufacturer requires strict notice, so please check your items promptly!).

  • How to Claim: Email [cs@pinkslipvibes.com] with your Order Number and a description of the defect.

  • The Process: We may request a photo or video of the defect to verify it with the manufacturer. Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns sent without an RA# will not be processed.

3. Damaged or Missing Items (Important!)

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

  • Visible Damage: If your shipping box arrives clearly damaged, opened, or re-taped, please notify the carrier driver immediately or refuse the package.

  • Hidden Damage or Missing Items: If you open the box and find concealed damage or missing items, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

    • Please keep all original packaging and cartons. The shipping carrier may require an inspection to process the claim.

4. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused by the customer or returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout:

  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from any refund.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you wish to have the order re-shipped, additional shipping charges will apply.

5. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been processed for shipping. Once a tracking number has been generated, the order is considered “Shipped” and our All Sales Final policy applies.
